By joining our exclusive community, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a harmonious, productive, and mutually beneficial environment for all participants. These guidelines govern your participation, interaction, and overall conduct within the community, and are essential to maintaining the integrity and ethos of "The Bridge Vision Group". You have to read the following terms carefully as they form the foundation of your membership and your journey with us. Any breach of confidentiality is considered a serious violation of our community standards. Therefore, any member found to be in violation of this confidentiality agreement may face disciplinary measures, which could include immediate termination of membership.

"The Bridge Vision Group" maintains a strict policy against the use, possession, distribution, or promotion of illegal substances within any and all community-related contexts.

We foster a space where the personal beliefs and choices of all members are respected and safeguarded. Members are not permitted to challenge, confront, or impose their personal views on others within the community.

Members found engaging in such activities will be subject to disciplinary actions, which could range from formal warnings to immediate termination of membership, depending on the severity and impact of the actions.

Tier-Based Marketing Privileges: Members are entitled to certain marketing and promotional rights, which vary according to their membership tier (Pioneers, Innovators, Leaders).

 

Ethical Marketing Practices: Members must adhere to ethical marketing standards.

 

5.2 Promotion within the Network

 

Respecting Professional Boundaries: Members are expected to respect the professional boundaries of their fellow members.

 

Collaborative Promotion: Members are encouraged to engage in collaborative promotions that benefit the entire network.

 

5.3 Brand Representation

 

Upholding "The Bridge Vision Group" Image: When engaging in promotional activities, members are representatives of "The Bridge Vision Group" brand. As such, they should ensure that their marketing efforts reflect positively on the network as a whole.

 

Use of "The Bridge Vision Group" Branding: Members may use "The Bridge Vision Group" branding in their promotions only as allowed by their membership agreement.

 

   6. Exclusivity of Membership and Event Participation

 

"The Bridge Vision Group" membership is exclusively personal and non-transferable, meaning that only the business or individual who has joined the community is entitled to partake in the community's offerings. This rule applies to partners, spouses, family members, friends, and any other non-members. The community is strictly limited to the 600 members who have been selected and granted access, ensuring that all services are tailored specifically for this exclusive group.

 

Special Exceptions: While the community is exclusive, certain activities and events, for example the Family Fun Day or for example charity activities and others may allow for the inclusion of one guest per member.

 

This exclusivity ensures that "The Bridge Vision Group" remains a privileged and private space, designed solely for the benefit and enjoyment of its members. By adhering to this policy, we uphold the value and uniqueness of the community, ensuring that our members experience an unparalleled level of exclusivity and personalized service.

 

In the event where a company has joined the community, then the membership is exclusively for one (1) person. For example the Director of the Company or any other person duly authorized by the said company.

 

   7. Respect for Procedures and Management Decisions

 

"The Bridge Vision Group" operates on the principle of mutual respect and understanding, especially when it comes to the procedures and operational decisions made by its management. Members are expected to respect all decisions and policies implemented by the management, regardless of personal agreement or disagreement.

 

It is important to note that "The Bridge Vision Group" is a private entity, and ultimately, the management reserves the right to make final decisions on operational and community matters. These decisions are made with careful consideration and are aimed at fostering a positive, growth-oriented, and sustainable community environment.

   8. Active Participation and Engagement

Members who consistently show no participation or engagement in any community activities, services, or events, may have their membership reviewed at the end of the year.    9. Timely Renewal of Annual Membership

Each member is expected to take care of their annual membership fee for the forthcoming year in advance. To facilitate this process, reminders will be dispatched to all members starting two months prior to the end of the current membership period.

 

Given that "The Bridge Vision Group" strictly limits its membership to only 600 businesses, there exists a significant interest from potential members, resulting in a waiting list. The exclusive nature of our community, coupled with the limited membership slots, necessitates a strict adherence to renewal deadlines.

 

Members who fail to renew their membership by the specified deadline risk losing their membership status. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and opportunity for those eagerly waiting to join our community.

 

   10. Event and Activity Registration

To this end, all members are required to sign up for events and activities that necessitate advance registration. Given that some events and activities have limited availability due to their specific nature, a "first-come, first-served" policy will be strictly enforced. We emphasize the importance of intentional and committed registration. Members are expected to sign up only for events and activities they are certain they will attend. Casual or speculative reservations, made without a firm intention to participate, are not acceptable.

The content available on these platforms is proprietary to "The Bridge Vision Group" and should not be shared externally without prior permission.

Members are also invited to contribute to the website by writing articles and providing content that aligns with their professional expertise. All articles submitted by members for publication on "The Bridge Vision Group" website are subject to approval by our management.

 

   13. "The Bridge Vision Group" Business Community: Investment Program Participation Policy

 

Project Presentation and Diversity: Members will be introduced to a variety of investment projects mainly but not limited to the following two main categories: real estate and new business ventures.

 

Optional Participation: Participation in any investment project is not mandatory. Members have the freedom to evaluate each opportunity and decide if they wish to invest. The decision on the amount to invest is also at the discretion of the individual member.

 

Confidentiality Obligation: Members are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding their participation in any investment project. Discussions about personal investments or those of other members with non-members are strictly prohibited, ensuring the privacy and integrity of the investment program.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Waiver: Our failure to exercise any or all of these Terms and Conditions’ provisions at any point in time shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
