Meet the Founder
The Bridge Vision Group was founded by Nicholas Tymvios, an entrepreneur with a background in psychology, business ownership, and financial services.
After completing his studies in Psychology at Northern Arizona University in the United States, Nicholas briefly worked in the field before pursuing his passion for business and entrepreneurship.
Like many business owners, his journey was not defined by a straight path or immediate success. Over the years, he launched and operated businesses in different sectors, gaining valuable experience and insight into the realities of entrepreneurship. These experiences provided a deep understanding of the challenges that business owners face every day, from growth and sustainability to visibility, relationships, and access to opportunities.
Throughout his professional journey, one observation remained constant: many business owners work incredibly hard yet often do so in isolation. While talent, determination, and expertise are essential, long-term growth frequently depends on something equally important—the quality of the people, opportunities, and support systems surrounding a business.
This realization became the foundation for The Bridge Vision Group.
Rather than creating another networking organization or business association, Nicholas envisioned a community that would bring together ambitious business owners and professionals within a structured ecosystem designed to create genuine value. A community where businesses could build meaningful relationships, learn from one another, increase their visibility, access new opportunities, and grow together.
Today, The Bridge Vision Group is built around that vision: creating an environment where collaboration replaces isolation, relationships create opportunities, and businesses gain access to resources that are difficult to achieve alone.
Nicholas remains actively involved in the development of The Bridge Vision Group and is committed to building one of the most respected business communities in Cyprus and, in the years ahead, internationally.
Why I Created The Bridge Vision Group
I created The Bridge Vision Group because I believe that business can be a force for positive change when the right people come together with the right intentions.
Throughout my journey, I met many talented and hardworking business owners who had the ability to achieve more but often lacked access to the relationships, opportunities, knowledge, and support needed to reach their full potential.
I wanted to build something that could help change that.
My vision extends beyond networking and business growth. I believe that successful businesses create stronger communities, generate opportunities for others, and contribute to a better future for society as a whole.
The Bridge Vision Group is my attempt to create an environment where business owners can support one another, grow together, and build something greater than any one business could achieve alone.
Looking ahead, my ambition is to see this community expand beyond Cyprus, creating opportunities for businesses across multiple countries while contributing to projects that have a meaningful and lasting impact on people's lives, particularly in education, healthcare, and entrepreneurship.
Above all, I hope The Bridge Vision Group becomes known as a community built on trust, integrity, collaboration, and long-term thinking.
