Meet the Founder
The Bridge Vision Group was founded by Nicholas Tymvios, an entrepreneur with a background in psychology and business ownership.
After completing his studies in Psychology at Northern Arizona University in the United States, Nicholas went on to pursue his long-standing interest in business and entrepreneurship.
Like many business owners, his journey was not defined by a straight path or immediate success. Over the years, he launched and operated businesses in different sectors, gaining valuable experience and first-hand insight into the realities of entrepreneurship. These experiences gave him a clear understanding of the challenges business owners face, from operating in isolation and building the right relationships to gaining visibility and accessing opportunities that are often difficult to reach alone.
Throughout his professional journey, one observation remained constant: many business owners work incredibly hard yet often do so in isolation. While talent, determination, and expertise are essential, long-term success frequently depends on something equally important: the quality of the relationships, opportunities and support surrounding a business.
This realization became the foundation for Bridge Vision Group.
Rather than creating another open networking organization or traditional business association, Nicholas envisioned a private business club built around carefully selected membership, structured introductions and trusted long-term relationships. A Club where established and growth-focused businesses could strengthen their visibility, gain access to new opportunities and become part of a professional network in which every connection has purpose.
Today, Bridge Vision Group is being built around that vision: a private environment where business owners form trusted relationships, gain meaningful visibility and access opportunities through a professionally managed national network.
Nicholas continues to lead the development of Bridge Vision Group personally, with the ambition of establishing one of Cyprus's most respected private business clubs and, over time, introducing the model to selected international markets.
Why I Created Bridge Vision Group
I created Bridge Vision Group because I believe that business can be a force for positive change when the right people come together with the right intentions.
Throughout my journey, I met many talented and hardworking business owners who had the ability to achieve more but often lacked access to the relationships, opportunities, knowledge, and support needed to move forward with confidence.
I wanted to build something that could help change that.
My vision extends beyond networking and commercial opportunity. I believe that successful, responsible businesses strengthen the economy, create opportunities for others and contribute to a better future for the wider society in which they operate.
Bridge Vision Group is the private business club I am building to give business owners a trusted place to form meaningful relationships, support one another and and create opportunities that would be far more difficult to achieve independently.
Looking ahead, my ambition is to establish the Bridge Vision Group model in selected international markets while protecting the standards, relationships and member experience that define it in Cyprus. Over time, I also hope the club can contribute to responsible initiatives with a meaningful and lasting impact, particularly in areas such as healthcare, education and entrepreneurship.
Above all, my ambition is for Bridge Vision Group to become known as a private business club defined by trust, integrity, collaboration and long-term thinking.
